Real Life Is So Boring Sometimes...

you have to make even the most boring of tasks interesting and fun. i always pop on the tunes when i have to do housework.

Cleaning the whole house is a responsibility or a duty which makes me tired as well as bored. I don't love doing such cleaning activity but I love to make the things scattered here and there on my home but I have to make those scattered as well as other duties to help my family. This will make the things easy going. So that my mother feels a great relief from the bundle of works.

Yeah, there are times when life is boring and there is nothing interesting going on. At least to consider starting a new discussion, but the good thing is as I have the time, I can come in here and post back to others discussions they have started as well as try and resolve more of my unresolved discussions here as well.

I just finished sleeping for 12 hours. I really needed the sleep. Had been very stressed the last few weeks. DOn't like you? Why would I not like you? I think you are overly tired and need some rest. I also think that you are an upstanding person and you care about how others see you. Me too!

If you've got your magical fairy to do things in your house, which places do you often go to and with whom? I mean do you shop a lot with friends or just have some chit chat over coffee or go to a spa?

I get that way sometimes as well. Also same routine every single. We need a change. Take care there...

Lucky you-I wish I had a magical fairy to clean the house! I wasn't on much today because more than half of it was spent back at Jim's house-first he had to meet the insurance adjuster (from the break in) and then the listing agent. But somehow I end up doing most of the cleaning up. In about an hour, we had one room nearly cleaned up, and then while Jim took the agent around the house and outside, I continued to clean. Now there's nearly two rooms clean in the house; I'll probably go back again before the week is out. And then there's Monday-we'll go back and try to grab what's left, and take the trash out so they can come photograph it next week to be listed on the MLS. All I've gotten done here is dishes-and it's getting old. I wish I still had a dishwasher...I miss mine (in my own home)....now tell me why Mike197601 doesn't like you?

I think I remember that your hubs is working again now...that's a good thing. You need to learn though that there is absolutely no point in cleaning all day and knocking yourself out. Let's face it, we clean and clean whether it's dishes, floors, dusting, organising, putting away, tidying, washing, folding...it just never ends...as soon as you finish you start all over again Have a break here and there and make it count.

Hi LMB! Real life chores could be boring because they are repetitive and same. Here on mylot while discussing our issues, we temporarily get disconnected from the harsh realities of life (til we are here) and could fee happy and contentended inside us.

My real life has been very boring lately as well. In fact, it has been so bad that two weeks ago my husband got home from work on Friday and pretty much insisted that I find something to do because he knew that I had to be very tired of just sitting around the house and really not having anything to do or anyone to talk to. Of course when he wanted me to go out and do something, I wasn't able to find anything to do so I stayed bored while he ended up going out and spending some time with his aunt and cousin.

The routine of the everyday life does sometime get to us. That's why we go online so that with the help of other users, we can get to a different mind state. Or at least someone might offer an interesting idea that could kick us out of our doldrums. I just raised a discussion about playing video games. Sometimes that sense of accomplishment I get from the games help a bit in not getting so bored with the offline stuff.

Offline world is so boring isn't it?! I know what you mean and wish myLot was everthing in life sometimes LOL just kidding. But at least we do have it to take away from the monontany.

I'm never bored with "real life." Too much interesting stuff coming up, like a trip to NYC which I only have about three weeks to plan. LOL I'm trying to get tickets to a show down there, then I need hotel reservations, a dinner reservation at the Russian Tea room, and all kinds of other things I plan on doing. I don't think I could ever say that life was boring. LOL

Hi friend, most of us getting bored with our day to day routine life, but we are in need to live it. You can take a break from your routine and refresh your self with some good activities, just keep rest for a good change

That's why I read books and watch tv and movies: real life is just boring!
