My mother in law ordered the weight loss powder Sensa and didn't like it so she gave it too me. I tried it for a little over a month. It worked..somewhat but the bad part is that once you stop using it, you gain whatever weight you lost right back. All it does is make you not want too eat and as soon as you run out, you will be eating again. The Sensa costs around 80.00 a month after the free trial is up! Personally, I think Slim fast would work just as well and less expensive. I go even cheaper and buy the Carnation Instant Breakfast instead.

The first ingredient in Sensa is sugar. Not even healthy sugar, sugar like you find in candy. That's why it works for some people - it keeps your blood sugar up. You would be better looking ta what you are eating every day and modifying your food intake, making healthy changes & exercising than buying into any program.

There is no magic diet, magic pill, magic powder. You need to eat less, eat better and exercise more and you have to do it forever!
In other words you have to change...change the way you eat and exercise now to a different way of doing things. You can do it gradually if you want, one thing at a time.
I have to lose about a third of my weight and I'm finding it hard (because I'm wicked too often) but I keep going. I've lost 12 kg so far.

Like anything that "works" once you stop it all comes back. As others have said making lifestyle changes and dietary changes are going to be the road to success and maintenance. Gimmicks are just that gimmicks to empty your wallet.

When I saw the Sensa commercial the other day, I thought that this has to be to good to be true. Well, from what I am seeing, it really isn't all that good. I thought about maybe buying it, and now, I won't get it for sure. It is better to cut our caloric intake, and exercise which I do, weather permitting. Since I have been using my nutribullet, I have been feeling better somewhat. I haven't noticed any weight loss yet, but then I have only been taking it for over a week, so it will take time, like everything does. I really don't believe in diets, as they just don't work, as I have been on them, and like all diets, I wouldlose weight and gain it all back again. I would just rather got back on what I eat and exercise than diet. Take care, and have a very good day.

I think you should try the classical [and the most sure and healthy] way to lose weight.
1. Try to change your way to eat. If you eat at irregular hours, try to begin to eat at fixed hours [you can delay your lunch/dinner with an hour ,if you're not at home at that hour, by eating an apple].
2. Instead of fast food, eat healthy food : fruits, vegetables, boiled meat..No to fried food!
3. Drink water :)! It keeps away the feeling of hungry and it's natural. If you don't like it plain, you can squeeze some lemon juice in your bottle.
4. Do some sport! You can try some videos from you tube [ I, personally, i like to do zumba and tae bo ^^ it's fun and it gives me a good feeling!]
5. No sweets! Exchange them to fruits!
Try to calculate how many calories you eat on a day, there are on line calculators for this and before this, calculate how many calories you should eat on a day :).
Example :If you eat like..2000 cal./day and you should eat 1400, don't try from the first day to eat 1400! Try step by step, first day try to eat 1900 cal, then 1800, then 1700 and so on :)! It will be a little hard at first, but it's a reliable way to lose weight.
I'm saying this advices to you because that's how i lose weight, it's not a diet ^^! It's a healthy way of life !
The ''magic'' products that guarantee you to loose weight in no time, some may say the truth but, after a month or a little later, you'll put on twice of what you lost :(...
I hope my advices will help you! ^^
