What should be the Indian take on the recent killing of Indian soldiers on Indo-Pak border?
- Ban Pakistan people in India
- Fight Back
- Resolve through Peace talks
- Investigate
What can be a long term solution to Indo-Pak ties problem?

Hi Deepu
Welcome to myLot! Pakistan has to redeem itself in the eyes of its people by engaging with India. Pakistan has received aid to the tune of 3 bn. this time after a long wait as US was dithering on its decision to aid Pakistan or not. Immediately, Pakistan has gone into overdrive and the pro-Taliban elements are responsible for the border skirmishes and the beheadings.
US is withdrawing from Afghanistan as their prime objective of liquidating OBL has been achieved and its troops are getting killed in Afghanistan. They are keen to make Pakistan the caretaker of this war zone so that they do not get too close to China.
With 3bn in their kitty and the prestige bestowed upon them, Pakistan is feeling frisky, that explains the border mis-adventures.
India is not friendly with any of its neighbors, in the true sense of the word. At best India has uneasy relations with almost every neighbor. China is making India and US nervous. India does not know whether to align with US or China as she is not confident of going it alone, thanks to the corruption and bad governance.
India will remain indecisive and in the next elections if UPA is thrown out and instead of BJP if Arvind Keriwal becomes the PM of this country we may see some real action that will surely catapult India in the super power league.

Dear friend,
As an Indian I wish to go friendly and with every neigbours we have.I could see that Pakistan is a country that is already facing many internal problems. Comparing to Pakistan India is far ahead. But fighting of these two countries could take many lifes from both sides and at last may be one of them should stop it. Any how there will be end. Wished that end would be done with peaceful talks rather taking lots of life. I feel there are lots of internal problems that misguide Pakistan for a peaceful foundation with India.
We Indians are fighting with our own brothers. Before India got independence Pakistan was not formed it was one part of India. Should we give a fight with our brothers or should we try to make them clear and help them to come up. Still if they do not understand the final and most unwanted part would be fight back. I am Indian and not a muslim. But I feel fighting would worsen the situation.
Another part I could share is that if we were going with peaceful way with our neigbours those huge money spend on defence could have been spend on other part of developments that helps the common people of our country. This unhealthy relations always keeps a precautionary side to defence and money is more spend on that.
I wished we had a peaceful relations with all our neigboruing countries. That is sure to give a better developments to us and them.

The reality is out there, staring you in the face. China is covertly supporting Pakistan. Therefore, US has given them aid of 3bn, even though they know that Pakistan will use it to promote terrorism against India.
If India is eager to have peace with Pakistan, it is because India wants to be in the good books of US if and when China makes aggressive noises.
