Just imagine looking for someone and you were told that she is already dead. What? I was shocked and speechless. She died four months ago due to cardiac arrest. Oh my. I have never heard of the news so I was totally shocked because I was still talking to her one year ago. I could feel my hair standing when I thought about how she was still a very healthy woman in her late 40's and now because of cardiac arrest, she's dead. It was her first and last attack, they said. Oh boy, that's scary, isn't it? We can actually just vanish just like that.

That's the reality of life, we really don't know exactly when, how and where our life will be? I have the same experienced as you, way back in my high school. I had three boys best of friends. I am the only girl in the group. We helped each others projects and shares laughter's and sadness. After our graduation, we simply parted our ways into different places to achieve our dreams in life. I was so happy that one of them landed a good job and studying at the same time, the second finished his trade and got a job while the other one still in college and me in college too. During my second year in college, one matured woman waiting for me in my apartment patiently, although she smiled but in here face, she looks sad. I still puzzled why she wanted to see me, then I kept on thinking where I saw this lady because her face is so familiar... After a while she asked me if I remember her. I answered, I think so you are the mother of my friend in high school. I asked her why she wants to see me and looks like very important, she replied, if possible for me to come by in her house that night. She gave me her address and she left. That night, I went to her house and saw a lot of people playing cards. I went straight inside and saw a coffin. I almost break down when I looked. OMG! then his mother hug me tight. I can't stop myself from crying...

Yes it is scary, shocking, and heart stopping (no pun intended). Like others have said, treasure every minute, make the most of everyday, tell those that you love them, hug them, you never know when you won't be able to. This is one of the sadder facts of life and one that can be difficult to deal with.

I understand what you are telling because i did face a situation just like what you went through. My school friend, with whom I spoke just 4 months back was no more when i asked her mom about what she was doing after college. She is young and as far as i know, she had no issues with her health. She was all healthy and normal like every other kid in the school. when i heard from her mom that she was no more, my heart just skipped a beat. Oh boy , she was just 18 and just like me and no more. I couldn't believe it. but then i was not left with any other option other than believing as it was her mom who told me and i couldn't forgive myself for asking her mom about her that day as her mom broke out completely and i still can't forget that face of her mom which was mourning for her daughter.

May her soul rest in peace. Some people survives several heart attacks and some just go in first one, that's just God's will and nothing a person can do about that. God just want her to leave that much years only.
