In CREATION...God created heaven and earth followed by Adam and Eve so as plants and animals, meaning all living things around the planet are created by GOD.
IN EVOLUTION...science has its own explanation of human evolution that man originated from apes million years ago. There is a massive changes in the use of tools, from stone age to computers, lot of inventions, can even cross breed animals. BUT there are other things that science cant explain like the Phyramid of Egypt, earthquakes lights and so many other things. So Myloter's EVOLUTION or CREATION?

Well, to say science "can't" explain something is not entirely true. "Can't" isn't the same as "hasn't yet."
There are quite a few working theories on how pyramids were created, and they can be successfully recreated with the tools they had in the day. There are also theories about earthquake lights, dealing with intense electromagnetism and tectonic plate movements.
But, of course, "proof" of these things is what holds a lot of people up. Their holy books give definitive answers: Their god is responsible. Science offers no such comforts. No absolutes. Plus, with science you don't go to a paradise.
That people have not found out everything is not a knock against science. It's more of a reason to keep digging.
With science, it's all about the process.
With religion, it's all about having the answers and outcome predetermined.
So, creation or evolution -- which one should a person choose?
I guess it all depends on how content one is in the knowledge they have.
If one isn't satisfied with a scientific theory of how a pyramid was created, they always have a definitive, unchanging, absolute answer in believing it was the work of their particular god. Ironically, a person doesn't need any evidence of that. It's primarily cultural or passed down or said to be a personal feeling or experience.
For evolutionary science in particular, which is a combination of multiple fields in science, there is no definitive answer. There's only a heap of evidence to trace back and a deduction made from it all. With religion, again, it's "my god did it." Boom. That's the be-all, end-all of it.
It's obvious that billions of people are quite comfortable with that.
We're incredibly young. In 4013, I do wonder how this "debate" will be received.

Yes in science there are several theories on how phyramid was built, but up to now is still theory.
Theory means abstract,no proof yet,or simply a practice. They really can't explain on how it was built so as the earthquakes lights. Some says earthquakes lights came from the release of gases electrically charged on air when eartquakes stikes.
Still none conclusive...science still can't explain....
No argument in religion....thumbs up.God always the proof.
Right in choosing EVOLUTION or CREATION depends upon the knowledge we have,I agree.
Thank you very much matersfish.

Hello Materfish, I don't know if human race will survive until the 40th century, that's only a couple of thousands of years. and yet look our environment now shrinking because we are growing way too many and more waste and trash are being thrown either land, sea and air. i doubt we would last another 2 centuries unless we seriously do something about nature.

I support evolution.Science is the modern way to identify God.It's only through science we will ever know if there's an entity called GOD.

Hi mebuhalog,
I am not atheist but I am student of science. I believe in Darwinism. I firmly believe in big bang theory and because of it the universe was created and then with cooling down and chemicals coming together to form life and with mutations the life evolved. This is why you can see evolution from protozoa to humans.

Hi agrim94,
yes....I agree with u in bang theory and with beneficial mutations the results is entirely different organism passed on to generation to generations. Can't imagine how humans looks when mother earth rich 4000.

Mebuhalog,
I am not much of religious person, even though I do go to temples every week. I fully believe in the evolution of spices and that is why you can find link between fishes and amphibions to reptiles to birds to mammals. Also there is scientific explanation of earthquakes and lights and phyramids of Egypt is man made and not act of god. Also if we do not have answers doesnt mean it is not science, it only means we are not advanced in science enough to understand it.

Miss Asweetie,
Theory or facts, the notion is clear or at least understood from the point of view characterizing scientific explanation.

Hello Mebuhalog, Sometimes I find it hard to believe that this kind of conversation would start over and it never ends. I ask myself, is it possible that Science and Religion about creation is one at the same. At my age i would never believed that we are created based on the Bible because there are scientific evidence.. evolution because we used to be monkeys that evolved into human beings the state that we have now. but i still can't deny the evolution process is how GOD actually create us and not exactly involving him literally, but nature.

exactly ...this discussion will passed on to generations until earth reaches its none existence.

Hi Mebuhalog,
Even though I have studied science but I firmly beleive in God and what he did. Though I am not Christian so I do not believe in Adam and eve style of model of earth. But I do not think Science can explain everything what we see here. I fully agree with you that science can not explain everything.

Hi Purnima175,
Everybody here has its point of view regardless of what religion we are embracing, what important is we learned from it and awaken us how our mother earth faces its current condition.
Thnk you and God bless.....

Once there was a time when our science agreed to the fact that earth is in the center and the sun revolves around it. This changed with time because it was not science but our knowledge which turned out to be wrong.
Similarly, at this point of time we are living in a society where science is so primitive that just can understand the existence of highly advanced civilization around us. e.g. ants in your house don't realize that you exist and it's your house where you live.
I strongly believe and I've come across so many proofs that confirm that we were created and by no chance evolved.

If you go by our so called theory of evolution, Charles Babbage is known as the father of computer but here the reality:
http://www.hpl.hp.com/news/2006/oct-dec/antikythera.html
What rule of evolution says that the computer was in use 2000 years before the birth of it's father?
Theory of evolution is a theory that doesn't consider probability at all and it was a theory proposed around 100 years before we knew that genes exist, we are yet to understand our genes completely. There are so many things that we don't know and blindly accept the theory of evolution..

Both theories had their own point of contention and valid points regarding all life on earth. It is a complex issue and require one to have an open mind to discuss earnestly. Both theories explanation are right to a certain point regarding various human beings and species on earth, you can accept either one base on scientific reasoning.

I would chose creation, because GOD can only have the power to make all of this things. Galaxies, stars, skies, planets and all things outside our planet are also made by God. We can see this things in the Bible especially in the part of Genesis. Sometimes science is hard to recognize if it is true or not or it was just an experimentation. I still don't know what to chose between the two. It would take a long time before, you will know if it is true or not.

Actually , don't blame science for everything.! People even cant explain some of the features of god! Whatever! this is going to be debated again and again , it has no end! may be i should believe in myself!

God created Earth and all of us. SO in my opinion something has to be created first.Human beings have evolved much and thanks to science we have also the power to create something new.
We can create anything from spaceship to computers. Without creating things one cannot think about evolution.Evolution is a later stage according to me.
