getting money back from smart phone apps

i have 2 apps that i love that pay me back for things i already buy it pays paypal super fast and cash out is $5 . i gave up on ptc they take forever and you dont make much .

I've been hearing a lot about apps too and I can't wait until I can get me a smartphone to start earning with these. Could you please tell me which ones you are using or pm me? How often do you reach cash out?
