Is bottled water safer than tap water?

I don't think Bottled water is really any better than tap water. I watched a show a few days ago that compaired then both. It showed how some bottled water filter out one or 2 of the impurites but not all of them; and some bottled water takes out some of the trace minirals you body needs on a daily baisis. Where as regualr tap water although smells of chemicals added to the water is basicaly no better or worse than bottled water.

It really depends on where you live. Some places, the tap water isn't really safe to drink. In others, it's perfectly safe.
