Hey Star Wars fans, Any thoughts on George Lucas selling the Star Wars franchise to Disney? I personally think it is a so-so idea myself. I mean now there are so many books out there they can start a whole new set of movies. It would be great to see Han Luke and Leah (since all three of them are still alive) turn it over to their children as the books turned out in essense. They could even get into the twins of Han and Leah having to fight it out as it turned out when one followed in his grandfathers footsteps. So any thoughts out there?

I don't think Disney taking over George Lucas's franchise for Star Wars. The way I see it is right now they are awesome movies and don't think Disney can get anywhere near them to make them as good as they are now. If it's not broken don't try to fix it!

Oh, Oh....It's JJ. Reboot time and JJ Abrams? The comments I have seen so far are positive but I am so tired of the re-boot idea on movies. People complain about the last three but it summed up what George Lucas wanted in my opinion, the story of the fall and redemption of Anakin Skywalker and you can see that when you watch all 6 in order. The one bad word came up..."reboot". James Bond....reboot. Star Trek....reboot. I wish they would stop with the reboots. Star Wars has enough material to move on into its future with the original 3 characters handing off the reigns in my opinion. So you are right if it isn't broke don't even touch it. lol
