Hello everyone! I need your opinion about this Smart PC Cleaner.
I have this software in my laptop for almost a month. But I did not download this. So what I did was to uninstall it. I was really wondering how come it was in my laptop even though I did not install it? Can this be possible?
Another issue is about unwanted sites that will just pop up. How can I disable this?

This kind of software is pretty common and it sometimes automatically install itself along with certain software on the internet. Anyhow, it is wise to just uninstall them as they are not really helpful software and all they do is asking you to purchase a so called pro version of software. Some of them may actually be malware as I had a file like this before which causes all my programs not runable. I had to disable it in startup processes and remove it as there are no other ways of removing it. Meanwhile, pop up windows can be blocked with pop up blockers that came with your web browser such as firefox.

Its ok to use. I have it here. I use a few others first. But I think it works ok...
