the sims 3 ERROR 12, 16

Does anybody have this errors 12 or 16?
And if you do please telm what should i do to resolve it.

You need to provide more description. What happens before the error? What happens when the error occurs? Is there a specific event that happens before the error? If you don't find an answer you could contact EA Support.
