My friend complains of how hard it is to be a parent, especially when your boss is strict. And she is willing to offer her children the best she can in life. But when she remembers of how she will manage this, she gets discouraged of having a child. Should she remai parentless?

I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly, but I do have some words that may help you. Parenting is difficult regardless of whatever the circumstance. Having a strict boss is the least of ones worries. I myself have 2 young children and one of them is severley disabled, needing constant care as he is completely dependent on others. Is it hard, discouraging and frustrating at times? Absolutely! Is it worth it?....Absolutely! To see a child grow and learn, and to experience their childlike innocence and faith is an amazing thing. But everyone is different and has different values. You can ask for advice from others, but in the end you just have to search yourself and realistically look at what you will have to sacrifice and determine if it is worth it to you - not based on anyone else's standard, but rather, your own standards. Only you can decide if it's worth the sacrifice to you. Children are wonderful gifts...and a heavy responsibility.
All the best.
