Neteller

I always use Neteller, a lot more than paypal. It's simple to add a credit card, go to the money in section and choose your deposit option. The minimum value for deposit with credit card is $20, now they are asking to register credit card (just like paypal, they credit $5 on your statement bill and a code that you have put on your neteller account), but it's not a demand. Remember that your card has to be international and now they restrict more the credit cards (I used to use one credit card to fund my account, but now they don't accept anymore...only debit). It's very simple to fund money on your neteller account, cash out is also easy (they have a debit card), but it have a lot of fees (you pay almost $10 of fees to make one cash out), but you can use the card to buy in pretty much every store (without fees).
