OMG that really is scary. I'm guessing no one was hurt this time because you didn't say that anyone was, so that's good. Still that's a very scary thing for both adults & children a like to experience. I'm just glad no one was hurt.

My husband and I have often talked about things like this happening, and the conclusion that we ahve reached is that humanity and civilization are taking over the natural habitats of these animals, so they are moving into the cities, that used to be their homes, because they have to live somewhere. It's the same thing with bears wandering into people's yards. The reason why animals are coming out of the wild is because civilation is taking the wild away from them.

Wow a cougar?!?!? I guess I don't blame anyone for that kind of worry. Do they get animal control or the DNR out there to remove the animal from the area? Or do they just warn people to stay indoors and be aware of your surroundings if you go out?
