games and exercise is good for health? or hurt and pain only...

You can see everyone saying that playing games/exercise is good for their health and they can live for long life etc... But I am denying that. Because I noticed only the good eating habits only given health life. Doing too much exercise and game will be hurting your body too much. Sometimes you can see after playing too much game you will get sick. So many people could not like play much games and sports. Instead of spening more time on ground and gyms you can more concentrate on your food habits. What do you suggest me on this?

"Too much is always bad". Always balance your time for your exercise/games, and you should balance also your eating habit. Yes good eating habits is great but you need workout to burn the food you intake and make it energy.

Hi prabu Whether it is game or exercise it should be in limit , if we cross our body or stamina limit we will definitely get hurt / receive body pains for sure .In human life everything must be done in limit whether it is eating / playing what ever it may be over doing any of these will lead to some consequences.

Well, you can't just exercise and expect to be incredibly healthy. You have to eat right and exercise right. It's a balance. Life is all about balancing things.
