Stomach Pumps?

Has anyone heard about the new stomach pumps that are being submitted to the FDA for approval? They're basically installed by a doctor making a whole in your stomach and then every time after you eat (20 minutes later) you attach a machine which pumps your stomach so that you don't gain weight. This seems extremely awkward to me, like going to a restaurant and then driving home with a stomach pump attached to you. What do you think of this idea? Would you try it?

Wow that is insane. People need to exercise and stop trying to find ways to lose weight in these situations. These things are not always safe and that sounds dangerous. Why would I want a pump in my Stomach? Well the things that people will do now days to lose weight instead of exercising. People are getting lazy and spending money on things that may be dangerous to their health. On top of that it is really gross. I don't know what people are thinking now days, but I will say this though some of those celebrities would do that lol. Imagine the cost of that pump and I know there is a lot more to it than just a pump in your stomach. There are so many things to think about with that like what if it stops working? Wow weird and gross in my opinion and very expensive as well. This is one that is not worth inventing haha.

I know it is extremely gross... I just started thinking what do you do when the machine you pump your stomach into gets full? How are you even supposed to keep that machine? Like your friends come over to visit and you have a machine in the living room filled with your stomach acid and bits of food you recently ate. Also remember that there is going to be a robotic looking hole in your stomach... I don't know if there is going to be like a plug or something to close it up... how are you supposed to take a shower with it or go swimming???

That is disgusting. Anyone who does this is an idiot. Sometimes you gain weight. It's your job to make sure you do everything possible to stay healthy. People are crazy if they actually think that this machine pumping your stomach is healthy. This is all wrong. People have serious issues. This weight craze is making me angry! It's on you to keep yourself healthy. You can't expect to have hings handed to you constantly. It's so frustrating!

I know it's absolutely ridiculous of some of these new "technologies". How is this supposed to help people lose weight? All this is going to do is starve your body of it's energy needs.

I think that it is too much for me. If I really do not want to gain weight, then I should avoid eating a lot. I don't think that the pump would be really that necessary. Still, the best way to not gain weight is CONTROL.

I'm so sad that many people do anything to them self to maintain there figure in not right way. Many children got hungry, why not give the extra food to them if they really don't want to eat to much. Or try to eat with them so that they can see why poor people are thin. Discipline is the best way to have a healthy and fit physical appearance.
