I just finished my IBM interview just now,and once again,I assure my spoken English is really suck.I can't even speak a complete sectence to the interviewer .I am just so disappointed with me.... I have already try to speak to myself to pratice my spoken English,but now it seems so ridiculous and useless.What should I do ? How can I improve myself without someone to talk to(in English)?

Yeah, you are right. It's not easy for us non native speakers to speak English well. And it's hard to find someone to speak English with. But still we have many ways to have a try, for example, watching English movies, write English as much as possible like writing posts here on mylot. It's also just like you are speaking with someone, I think it's a good way.
