Dont give nod for any construction at public places

You can see many statuses in public places without any maintenance. Sometimes the pliticians opens a statue on a public place to increase his votes. After few days the famous leaders status are going to worst situation without any maintenance. Even the they are not allow others to maintain those statues. Please dont allow any construction of statue on public places. Please suggest.
