Hi all,
Online money making is a pretty popular topic here. Many says money won't make you happy. Alright I agree. Sitting on a big pile of dollars is pretty useless.
Yesterday I went to play some ice skating with my friends. Guess what? The skate costs money!
Money gives happiness with a limit and it's not the only source. But you can never deny it would make your life easier.

You are perfectly correct, money is a benefit because it allows us to purchase what we need and makes life a little more comfortable, although it is not a source of happiness in itself. However, there are a vast number of people who foolishly consider that money will solve all their problems and make life a utopia, which we both know is nonsense. I buy lottery tickets each week and have very little hope of ever winning a fortune, but it is good fun and a pleasant surprise if I win £30 or so occasionally, although I am probably out of pocket in the long run. Many of my friends and work colleagues play the lottery and wish for a fortune every time because they consider that it will eradicate all problems in life and guarantee happiness.

I believe money can be used to "buy time" you have to work and worry less. That's how money can make you happy. It gives you time and you can spend it on doing better things.

And yes as I said love is needed. It is important maybe even more than money. But you need to have both, even money for a good life.

good day csabaholcz,
with me here, i can truly say that i can only achieve happiness, if i have a lot of money. hence, i am just a nobody here if i don't have a money on my pocket. but, if i do have it, i can say that i can be somebody here. so for me having a lots of money will make my life happy. though in reality, money can't really buy happiness.

It is true that we should not treat money as our god. But it is impossible to move around without money in our pockets.

Agree. If I would have unlimited money now of course I would buy a lot of things. A flat (not a big one, just a normal block like most people live in) a car a new PC and that's all. I would pay for school and have time to hang out with my friends and invite them for a drink or something.

of course money can buy you things to make you happy. like the skate that costs you money. even if you don't have money,of course with the company of your friends, you can just watch the people skating I am sure you will be happy . but yes money can make our lives easier, that's why we are working to have something to buy things that we and our loved ones can use to make them happy and ourselves happy too.
Happy.. shalalala.. it is nice to be happy shalalala
Money makes the world go round...

I agree money can make me happy. I can buy food that I can share with my family and friends. With money that I tithes, it gives me the satisfaction of giving back to God. Having money means that I get the chance to lend it to friends who need it. Their smile of gratitude cannot be fake. No money means sadness because I can never share it if I don't have it.

Money can buy a lot of things that make us happy.
Yes, there are things that are free and what we call "free things in life is the best".
But I agree that money can do a lot of things and can bring more happiness.

Hiya csa,
Money can make you happy to a point. Keep you fed, clothed with a house to live in and be able to pay those bills.
For me all this is enough to make me happy even happier when I get extra money to treat myself to something special for me.xxx

Money may not be everything but everything now costs money just like the skates that you used to go skating. Nothing is free anymore. Everything costs money so money is important. It's okay to have a lot of money. It will make life easier and you can have all the things that you need to make your life a little more comfortable.

Yeah money does have it's place. But like you said it's not everything. It is not the only course of happiness. It does provide us with the necessities of life. When we are able to provide for our needs we can be happy. Many people think that they will be happy if they are rich. Money doesn't buy happiness. There are a lot of people who are rich and yet they aren't happy.

Money does make happy. It's proved. It has nothing do do with sitting on a big pile of dollars but with the fact it makes you feel secure if you have savings. If the you know you can pay for you bills, have extra to enjoy or in cases of need.
Everything in this world has to do with money, most problems can be solved if you have it, you have more ways to enjoy, get a better health care. And to some sitting on a pile of money does make one feel happy as well. I am sure it would make me feel happy.

The necessity and the importance of money differs. Money is important at all walks of life i feel.Again with that you also have to know how to make worth of it .
