Experts Column is the easiest one. You don't need to work whit pictures and you get paid well. However if you are a pro I can also recommend Triond. If you are an Elite-mega super writer check Elance.

Bubblews is a new article publishing site attracting so many persons. It is easy to get article published there and earnings norms are liberal. Cash out minimum is $25. I haven't reached cash out minimum there. Some members are with complaints about payments of this site.

One possibility is that some users, not necessarily local, have abused the use of the server serving your area. Spamming, and plagiarizing are done by many people.
By the way I can still access the site, though I do not know what the situation will be from tomorrow onwards.

As of now. My only trusted article writing website is triond. I have tried 2 which was expertscolumn and triond. Triond paid me a few times already while expertscoulumn did not and they deleted my account with all my article that I have worked hard on writing.

I use Triond and Helium, I haven't really written for Helium a lot lately, but I do still write for Triond and I rate articles at Helium to get $3.00 a month. I will start writing for Triond again very soon, it's a low minimum payout but I still like earning from them.

EC(Expert Column) is the best in this regard. I have tried some like Triond, Bukisa but above all EC turns out to be the number one. Try it.

I use Experts Column, Hubpages, and Yahoo Contributor. I used to use Triond, and I've received a few payments from them. However, I don't think Triond is worth the effort anymore. I've been paid through all three of those sites. I recently signed up on Bubblews, but I've heard a lot of promising things about it. We'll see. Anyway, those are the only sites that I can claim that I've gotten paid from.

At present, I have 3 article writing sites, expertscolumn, shvoong and wikinut. Among the 3 expertscolumn was the one that I get paid already.
