Finding online jobs as a newbie, how did you do it?

Bored at home, I recently figured out that there are many jobs that could be obtained online... transcription, online blogging, data entry. I'm still very new to all these terms and would love it if someone can explain them. I know oDesk has many job postings, but I'm always hesitant about signing up for things since I have no experience! Such questions: If I were to apply for a job and is accepted, but do not carry out the job.. can they even track me down? What happens if I do not perform the way they expected? What if they do not pay after the job is performed? How are resumes for online jobs written? MOST IMPORTANTLY: How did YOU manage to kick start in being hired? Any sites you recommend? I'd love it if someone would take the time to share their experience, thanks! :)

When I decided to do some online jobs I scrolled through workathomenoscams.com this is a great blog for people like you. Read the whole website. I spent 3 days on it! After it you'll be ready.
