A spring onion and chicken loaded fried rice for dinner

Hello everyone. Today i had a heavy heavy food day. I was munching on a lot of things the whole day. In morning i had a well cooked scrambled egg and bread. Lunch was not properly called as lunch but i had lot of chicken nuggets, potato smileys with mayo and cheese, lots of pringles etc it was a friends party today. Now my dinner is going to be a bit easier side. I cooked simple rice with lots and lots of spring onion, eggs and steamed chicken in it. My version of tasty fried rice. So what is it going to be on your platter tonight? something special? I am on a strict diet from tomorrow so i thought of a good feast for today

Hi Archie0,
I really envy those who can eat a lot but still do not put on weight. I have to take care of what I eat or I would be gaining lots of weight. I really love fried rice and infact I like all Chinese food. RIght now we would be eating staple Indian food. Roti with vegetables, curd and salad and some pickle if you wish to.

Tuesday here,super busy and cooking not in my plan...cup of coffee for breakfast,order pepperoni pizza with garlic bread for lunch and vegetable salad for dinner preferably broccoli salad with fruits combination... this is all for today coz i'm on a diet.

Dinner for tonight includes a chicken leg, a slice of beef and some carrots. I like eating lighter during the day and have more food for dinner so I can finish my day filling full. I have heard that it is more healthy to have a light dinner instead but I will try other ways to be healthy since I like my dinner as it is now.

It is sunday night tonight and I am alone so not in mood to cook much. My day started with a very simple breakfast. Toast and tea. Lunch was couple of Rotis and mixed vegetable and now I plan to make oats upma. Very easy and simple to make, light and keeps you healthy. Though like most health foods, it is not tasty too.

Hi there,
I also eat like there's no tomorrow for one day in a week its during TGIF - Thanks God It's Friday, it's my off for dieting hahaha :) You know sometimes I wonder how other people can stay fit without avoiding foods, they are very lucky they can have anything they want without even worrying that they will gain weight afterwards. Such a lucky fellow...

Wow you had a wonderful day eating really mouth watering dishes whole day. I love chicken and can eat it in any form in breakfast, lunch and dinner and in between too. Today is Sunday so I had lazy brunch at 11.30 am which was heavy and in night we are going to have rice with pulse. I like it.

I am having hot spicy grilled chicken for lunch now. I don't have ide what to take for dinner tonight, hm may be fried rice of something with vegies. I am lucky I don't have to diet since I love eating yummy food. I hope you can reach your dieat goal. Goodluck

Wow, nice just don't eat too much. too much intake is not good specially you came from a diet. A sudden change of your stomach is subservient to another illness that might not be favorable for you.
