Online banking?

United States

Hello Mylotters. I've been thinking about opening up an online bank account, but I've been doing a lot of research to find out which ones are legit etc. The most popular one I've seen and heard of is Ally Bank. Do any of you have an online banking account, and if she which ones do you use?

Hi Brad, I just pay my bills online using my regular bank account. For me, that's the best way to go. I wish you well in your research.

Hello Amanda. I'll most likely just stick to using a regular bank. Was just trying to see if others had experience with using non brick and mortar banks. Thank for your feedback though.

I think most of the banks are offering online banking services already. But of course you have to go to the nearest branch to open an account and then proceed with the online banking procedure. Have a nice day!

Hi Aries1973. Thanks for your reply. I'm aware that most banks have online banking services. I was hoping that someone had experience with non brick and mortar banks that do online banking. Thanks again for your reply.

Hi Brad. Well, try to ask your current bank first maybe they offer online banking. I'm not familiar with banks in America. But here in Philippines, most banks do offer online banking nowadays. I have two accounts in two different banks and both of them offer online banking and I enroll myself for the online banking and they're both legit. Good luck Brad. i hope you can find one.

I am not too sure of the bank's name, but I think the better thing to do is to pay the nearest branch a visit, and talk to a bank officer about opening up an account and their proper and correct online banking website. Whether you open an account with them or not that same day, I'm sure they will still help you and even explain to you whatever security features they have for their online banking. If you can visit more than one bank that would be better. Then from there, you can select whichever fits your needs best.

Hello, and thanks for your response. I already have an account at a credit union, and I use their online platform for transactions. Just wanted to see if others were familiar with using non brick and mortar banks, and check out additional options. Thanks again for your reply.
