Healthy Recipes and Snacks

I tried posting this under cooking and I am going to try it here. In June I am going to Cabo. I had a baby last June, and I am wanting to loose the baby weight so that I can wear a bikini in Cabo. I know to do all the normal things like eat healthy, excersise and stretch. I also know to boost my metabolism, I need to kind of "graze' throughout the day rather than eat big meals. What I am looking for is healthy but good snacks to eat throughout the day to help boost my metabolism. I know apples, celery etc. What foods do you eat, or do put a twist on something well known to help you loose weight?

Try my friend technique. She maintain her figure after she gave birth to her 3rd child. She use holla hoop everyday for just 30 minutes. And eat 1 medium size cucumber, just plain cucumber, wash the cucumber and eat. You can peel or not it is okay. You can eat that for snack or dinner. That's it, and she looks like no kids.

The Hula hoop is not a bad idea. I amy have to try that. Is all she ate cucumber and nothing else? I don't know if I can make it on just one cucumber lol...
