worth millions in a hand?

Internet is considered to be the best way of access of various things at a glance. But i fail to understand the exact age of a person to access to it because to some parents it is considered to be harmfull. Help me advice my 9 years sister who blames me of denying her chance of accessing to the internet.

Things are changing so fast, i am using computer and internet for 10 years almost, my grand daughter who is 5 only can operate pc and laptop so well, about your 9 years young sister, my advice, you may allow her internet access in your presence only for things connected with her study only
internet has so many bad things you know that well.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i can understand your situation and the scenario today has changed in such a way that a 7 year old kid knows everything about operating a computer or laptop that a veteran cannot even do. So what is important for a kid or a child is to be groomed in such a way that he or she knows what is wrong and what is right for him or her.
