where to get help in mylot? how to contact mylot team ?

Yes friends you may have have thinking how I am asking this question.. as I have faced this prob for the first time... there are these option only provided for what I can contact mylot. If you are having issues logging in, please try to retrieve your password/username first before contacting us. If you have forgotten your password,submit a form to retrieve your password. If you have forgotten your myLot username,submit a form to retrieve your myLot username. then they have only some question where the option I am looking for is not included... Anyway the problem I am facing is that .. I have posted a task .. which had a expiry period of 1 year.. but right now It is showing .. expired .. so I need help .may be I can get help from my mylot friends... or may this discussion be observed by mylot team.... so please tell me how to solve the prob .. anyone have any idea regarding this? please help.
