My Brother Becomes A Victim of His Friend's Dispute

When my Brother's friend named Franky invited my brother to hang out, my brother had not known about Franky's problem with someone stranger. The quarrel between Franky and the stranger was solved by an apologize. It was finished. But when they are in the way back home, they were using 3 motorbikes and my brother was in the rear. Two persons intercepted my brother, but my brother on the defensive. When my brother defended himself, he got stabbed in the stomach, his friends rushed him to the hospital and the perpetrators have been arrested in police office. Who can we demand for the responsibility that will take the responsible for the hospital fee. The perpetrators or Franky? Please, give me your meaningful opinion about how to solve this problem.

In my opinion it's the perpetrators who must shoulder the expenses.
The police officers can you give a better advice on this matter.
Hope someone from here can give you some advice or anyone here may share same experience.

I also think its the perpetrators' responsibility. They are the ones that acted on the problem they have with his friend, just so happen that your brother is the poor victim. Maybe you can ask for legal advises from a public attorney's office; they're usually free of charge. I hope your brother recovers soon.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well that is such an unfortunate incident for your brother and i know u must be very much worried for him now. Even i pray that he is out of danger. I think he had no fault in this entire incident and police should investigate this matter seriously so that justice will prevail.

The perpetrators, of course. It was not caused by his friend, He just did what a friend should do to another friend.

Franky is your brother's friend and so as to defend his friend your brother gets into quarrel with that stranger. As you said the matter was solved with an apology then why they stabbed your brother. Anyways I hope your brother will recover quickly.
And yes the hospital expenses should be paid by that perpetrators and good thing is that they all are caught by police. Now they must get the deserving punishment.
