I've made salmon a few different ways before but am looking for a new way to make tonights dinner. Do you usually just season yours or do you use a marinade for it?

My husband has made it two ways that are really good. He bakes it with honey and almonds and that is really yummy. We also have a smoker, and he made smoked salmon which was awesome too!

Thanks! Honey and almonds sound good. We have smoked it before and that is delicious!

I am not a fan of fish to be honest, but a few years ago my sister made this delicious salmon. She had glazed it with this lemon garlic sauce, it was so delicious, I ate an entire piece of fish myself.

I love my salmons cooked in my family recipe that was passed on by my grand parents to my mom and then now i know it. Unfortunately i don't eat fish that much so it is rare that i make them. We make them by coating the fish with green paste that includes loads of green chilly, mint, coriander, coriander seeds, garlic and ginger paste. keep it for half an hour then wrap them in a tender or new born banana leaf and steam the fish in a bamboo steamer. I bet you won't forget the taste and you will never try anything else after this.

I just usually season it and bake it with lemon. But I also toss it in a salad.
