L-carnetene injection is it safe or not to lose weights?

i need to looseeee my weight... hv try many type of exercises (such as swim, rpm, etc) and many type diet... already drop 60 pounds in year... than stuck, it wan't drop anymore.. im desprate now.... than one of my friend told me bout L-carnetene injection... He said, its good n will usefull to lose my weight... im very interest with this one... is anybody have experience about it? is it painfullor...? ASAP pls...
