daily excersie- best gift for yourself !

I always make a point to do a 20 mins excersie. Usually i take a walk and combine it will warm-ups. I enjoy listening to my ipod and take a stroll.I also watch want i eat daily.I am not a strict diet consicous, but may a point to shed down few calories daily.As age increases , you become more health consicous and want to look always young.I am a mother of two and want to keep myself healthy as lot of energy gets used up going back of them. but once in a while you can indulge in freaking out eating what you like. I feel when you love yourself, you will look young and energetic

Yes, we should put effort to love ourselves. Take good care of our body, diet, exercise and plenty of rest is the secret to look young and healthy. My sister who is fifty five years old but she looks like forty two because she never missed her daily exercise, take supplements and enough rest. Glad to know that you are keeping fit, young and energetic. If we love our family, we should take care of ourselves so that we are healthy and fit to have quality time with them!

It is really great to know that you spend time for your fitness everyday. Usually ladies are bit lazy and take care of every one at home and forget about themselves. Yes, you are right, it is very necessary to be fit to take care of the kids and other family members. I don’t do any exercise at present. I am not getting enough time for that.Moreover I am underweight too. That may be one of the reason I am not giving much importance to exercise.

That is right. We really have to exercise. It is healthy for our body. It makes us energetic, strong, in the mood, and prevents heart disease too. It has many healthy benefits. I see to it that I exercise in even just few minutes a day.

I do try to exercise everyday and often go for walks in the park. It is good to get the fresh air when exercising. Even just a little exercise, like 20-30 minutes a day is better than not exercising. I find that if I do just 15 minutes, I feel better. So, I do try to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Not always easy to fit in with my schedule. But I am trying to change my schedule so that I can make sure I have time to exercise. We do indeed need to take care of ourselves, as well as taking care of our loved ones.

I have started exercising with my friends last year - November. We were slack during December, but my one friend who lives close by and I have started last week again. I really need to loose about 5 -6 kilos - then I will be so happy! We did Zumba dances last year, and it was so nice!! We cannot travel to the group anymore (bit expensive), so we are using a dvd at my place and exercise half hour each day. I hope that is enough for now...

Everyday exercise is good for the body. There are a lot of benefits you will get from it. It affects entirely our human system. It provides good body mechanics and proper posture. It is good for the heart and burns excessive fats that can cause hypertension and heart attack. It also helps in food digestion and blood circulation. Health is wealth. So my advise is give your body a proper exercise because it is essential to our body.

That's life, you must do things beneficial to your health for your to stay young and do what you want to do most. Exercise help a lot. When we are young we used to play and produces too much sweats out of our body. The burning of food intake into energy is very fast and the circulations of blood is very active, as we go older we lost the interest of playing our routine games of exercises. Our body become idle and worst the circulation of our blood is no longer the same as it used to be as a result imbalance distribution of vitamins to our body and we become sick cost by accumulations of idle tissues. So keep it up encourage other to do the same.

You are right that daily exercise is good uf us. I am on a regiment of walking everyday, weather permitting. I need my exercise and so do my dogs, so it gives me a chance to do both. It has been cold lately, so I just haven't gone out and wlaked like I should. Once it warms up, I will get back into the routine. It does my body good, even though my back is hurting at the time. I find that the wlak helps invigorate me and makes ne feel better. Now, I can't walk to far because of my back being in pain, but I do try to walk as far as I can when I do walk. good day rashmimohan, indeed having a daily dose of exercise is good for everybody's health. whether it is only for a short time like what you have shared or a longer one that will require you to enroll in a gym. either of the two will do a lot better for everyone. and this is a good way to give importance to our body. thus doing a daily dose of exercise is a must to all.

Walking is good for health. I do walk 10 kms daily as i go to court where i work. I play table tennis also. Good diet is also necessary after such workout. So keep fit and look young.

I know. I've abandoned exercise for the last few years because of a really hectic and crazy university time schedule, and I feel the difference. I'm less fit, I've gained weight... I think I'm gonna have some training this year... like using this walking machine or something we have here, at home.

i m a sports man even a cricketer i make daily 1 hour exercise then net practice in my cricket academy i like spare my 6 hour in my cricket academy after that i take breakfast then go to take some relief after that i spent my whole time on internet i m use youtube to see some cricket video thats help me in my cricket practice i m a average healthy boy my age just 20....i think u love which type work you should do this coz this is best moments of our life i think u r the super hero of your life
