I've been watching the show 'The Biggest Loser' for several seasons now. It never fails to inspire me to see how people work so hard, and get rewarded for it. Aside from losing all the weight, they get their lives transformed. Sometimes, they even get their lives saved. But with all the watching that I do, for these contestants as they work out, I'm still waiting for it to kick in. That I get so inspired that I'd go working out as hard as them. Any day now. So, are you a fan of the show? Have you been inspired by their stories? Have you worked out as hard as them? How do you think you'll do if you were in the ranch?

I love that show too. If you ask 'are you a fan of the show?' I say yes. I am a fan of the show. I am same with you, I have been inspired by their stories like how hard they work out. everyday I wake up, I start a day with hard work like them. If I am in the ranch, I will enjoy my day with work hard but still enjoy my life in the ranch.

I think that everybody who's had problems with weight (and losing it) should spend a day in the ranch. If not to get inspired, but also to work out. I guess that's what the show is all about. Thanks for dropping by DiamondLV!

I actually love that show and I watch it every chance I get. I just haven't been watching this season as much. But I think that I have already gotten inspired, by just trying to eat healthier and exercising when I can. I only have a few pounds to lose, but I think if I were on the ranch and I had people helping me to make sure that I was eating right and exercising whenever I could, I think I'd be doing better than what I am doing right now. I would have probably hit my goal weight already.

I think that's why the show is successful. Even if it does not inspire everybody who's overweight to go and work out, it at least informs people of the danger and promotes eating healthy. Thanks trisha27!

I have watched the show in the past, but not last season, for have I been watching this season. I guess I just got bruned out on it, especially when some fo the contestants would be fight with others and not get along, and do anything they can to vote someone off the ranch they don't like. They do work hard though, and I certainly couldn't do what they do. I have been working on my own to lose weight, and it is hard, as I have been struggling for many years trying to lose weight. I decided to get my fruits and veggies each day, and I think it is helping, as I have lost a couple of pounds since I started, and that is good for me, as I just look at food, and I gain. I am on my third week fo drinking my fruits and leafy greens, and I can see feel the difference as far as energy is concerned, but I know ti will take awhile to get off the weight I need to lose which is way to much. I did find some biggest loser celery sticks the other day, at Walmar, and I bought them, and I eat two sticks everyday, and I eat baby carrots too. I might eventually go back to watching the biggest loser again someday. Take care, and have a good day.

I guess that's the not-so-good-part of the show. When the contestants put in game-play to survive the ranch. I know that it is a game, and staying there longer could be better for them, but it just sometimes bring out the ugly personalities in them. Good luck with your weight loss, and thanks for the response.

I am always very inspired by the contestants of The Biggest Loser. They inspire me in many ways because of the transformation of their bodies and their lives. For me, I have been inspired by them and it has prompted me to make some changes in my own life, however my changes haven't been nearly as major as the changes that the contestants have made. If I was lucky enough to be on the ranch, I believe that I would make it to the finals because I am a very competitive person and the game would be something that really would drive me.

I think that's part of it too. Why I like the show, because I am competitive too. And as we see it, to be successful in the show, we just have to work out harder. It'll be great if we could also be in the ranch have Bob or Jillian or Dolvett push us. Thanks!

I've watched it a few times but never a big fan. It is inspiring though to see them work so hard. I try to work out but it's hard to maintain the discipline without a coach. That's what I like to see on the show, how a coach really pushes them beyond what they would ever do on their own, and you see the results. I don't try to lose weight though, I try to gain muscle. But I had a neuropathy in both arms so it's hard to work out any more. I'm going to get an exercise bike soon though.

I guess anybody could do the work out. It's the push that coaches give that we all television viewers lack. Maybe if Bob or Jillian or Dolvet were shouting at us to work harder, we'd also have great weight reduction. Thanks and good luck with the exercise bike!
