So the other days I read about what we put in our hear. And im talking about the shampoo. It is proven what the shampoo have many ingredients what is harmful for our hair and skin. The only shampoo with no such things are somewere in China but it's not make even a foam. But what to do? Well if your skin get wet it not absorbs anything. So the next time you take a shower wet your hair and start washing your body and only then use shampoo for hair.

Avoid using shampoo everyday. I know it's hard to take a bath without shampooing our hair, but since harmful chemicals will damage our hair, avoid using it everyday (if possible) Sometimes I use lemon juice instead of shampoo and also soak my hair with fresh coconut milk once a month to make my scalp relax and it gives a glow to my hair as well.

Most shampoos do have chemical contents that can be harmful. But there are also those who are being sold and manufactured that are organic or even natural. Still there are some who only contain very minimal amount of these harmful chemicals. It is just a matter of finding out the products that will work well for us. Just because a certain shampoo is organic doesn't mean that it will work so well with my hair type, but it could for someone else.

Exactly! Might want to stick on those brands who have good reputation and have managed to be in the market for a lot of years. Still the best way to keep the hair healthy is by allowing it some time to be free from those chemicals. Shampooing everyday can be bad.

Healthy Hair! - It looks healthy here doesn't it, very little grey; very little thinning. I'm lucky. This was a few years ago; but my hair is still strong. And without washing it often; or using much shampoo, and no special products. Pretty good, no?
I'm hypersensitive anyway. I don't use any kind of household detergent, no anti-bacterial cleaners, bleach, or anything; they would play havoc with my breathing, and make my chest feel tight. I use the tiniest nub of washing up liquid for each item. If I wipe down a surface, I usually just use water. Not very hygenic, of course, but I'm very cautious: I constantly wash my hands; and I never touch anything, and then handle food, or cutlery. Everything I use is washed within an inch of its life. But strong scents are a no-no for me. I use unscented soap for the most part. As for shampoo, I can make a bottle last for months and months. To begin with, I very rarely wash my hair. And when I do, I use the tiniest nub of shampoo, not even enough to work up a lather. And then I massage it in for about two minutes; then I repeat. When I'm finished, my hair looks wonderfully clean and healthy. And it does so for a few days. It's a system that works for me, due to my strong intolerance of strong scents.

when I was younger,mg grandma use detergent bar on my hair. she say it is good for cleaning up residue from shampoo, better on dandruff and lice...but then i realized when I was growing up, we were just poor and shampoo is something luxurious to buy haha. But sometimes I still use detergent bar just little of it when I dont feel d shampoo on regular basis. ;-)

I agree that shampoo has probably many harmful chemicals. I use shampoo as infrequent ly as possible , may be once a week is the norm. And when I use I tend to use a tiny bit and let it lather ( spelling? ) then quick wash off and second round of as little as to lather. The shampoo sellers got a hard time earning my money . My bottle last for more than 7 months? Also I use no soap when showering, except when exceptionally dirty with my work I wash my hand with soap. Hard luck to another business. Not my fault , why are they trying to poison us!
