Can anyone suggest me Netbook with COLD baterry

I got the netbook because it is lighter than laptop but the baterry is warm and I cannot put it directly on me. I have to use a cushion. Are there any netbooks in the market that have absolutely cold back, I mean when u put it on your lap or next to you, you dont feel any heat at all.

A really nice batery is always geting hot.! If your Netbook has COLD baterry you shold buy a new one. And always use your notebook on something solid!

No, there are not. You should always use a laptop or a netbook on a hard surface, not a lap or a cushion, to avoid blocking the ventilation ports and also to avoid burning oneself. Overheating because of blocked ventilation will materially shorten the life of the machine.
