Okay the bad has passed. Now time to recover. If you have beetroots around you. Feed her with beet juices also lots of meat and fish. Above all a balnce diet with lots of greens and meat and whole legumes should get her back up and running like a horse. Oh that reminds me also to include HORSEGRAM in her diet.

I also agree with this. I have drunk beetroot juices for a while, but my stomach cannot handle it. Now I also heard that beetroot does not lose its nutrients even if it is boiled. That is good news!

I am so sorry to hear that your mom is not well. I also have a low blood count and I am waiting for the doctor to contact me as what to do next. My blood-pressure is also very low, and I do not understand it. I have drunk raw beetroot juice (very good to up the blood count) but it makes me nauseous so I cannot drink it anymore. I will stay in contact and would like to hear what our other myLotters has to say. Take care.
