Early rising itself marks the beginning of a fine day. Many people have embarked on a regular schedule of morning walk. As one walks for half or one full hour in the early morning, one gets a lot of fresh and pure air to breath in and fresh thoughts to brood upon. The heart rhythm also achieve full sufficiency and natural pace. In short, the whole body gets rejuvenated. The entire day's planning and execution of things are much dependent on morning walk.

I love going for a walk in early mornings. But here the place is so scary and risky even in morning, i stay out of my city so it becomes a bit tough to go alone for walk and also there are not much people here this side who go on walk in early morning.

The stretch of morning walk could very well be undertaken by choosing familiar surroundings around the living area as precautions of security .Happy walking in the morning for making the day peaceful and energetic.

Hi Archie
Where do you live ya? Are you living in any agency area or what?
Of course we find people going for a walk only in the cities. (atleast i think so) As we are pron to weight gain and all sort of problems. The people who live on the country side don't have this problems. I mean they have more of physical work like working in fields and all. so they don't have weight gain problem like us.

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to go for morning walks. Perhaps later would be safer though for the purpose sukumar mentions, you'd miss out.

I used to jog 7.5 miles everyday. That was my morning walk. We have alot of parks here in the capitol city where I live. I would job through one park, along the river and follow it for miles. I could think out all the problems and things coming up. It was such a nice way to start the day. Then off to work!

7.5 miles? That's quite a jog! Almost one fourth of most marathons there that you did every morning. You must have been in excellent shape. I can not jog one mile now.

Yes, I know that feeling. Once in a while I as able to have a morning walk with my husband and I just love the feeling. I feel so strong for the whole day. I hope that my husband and I can have more time to spend having a morning walk and its much better if its in a clean environment to ensure pure and clean air.
These days, in a place where I am living, morning walk is not so nice because there's already a lot of vehicles even early in the morning and it becomes stressful rather than relaxing...

In a morning walk - which I don't do - I would have much time to get my thoughts sorted and my mind clear before the day. It could be a lot of use to me but I don't get around to doing this in my morning routine.

Yes, in some way, morning walk helps us to rejuvenate our bodies and it also attracts good vibes that we really need for us to feel good throughout the day. Furthermore, it is also good for the health for it keeps us away from any serious illnesses as the studies show.. But too bad for me, I really can't do it due to my restricted time and hectic schedule. But i'll try to do it some time. :)

My morning walk is to walk all the way to my office from my apartment, which is only five minutes' fast walk on campus. As I have to start to work early in the morning before seven twenty, I don't have extra morning time to walk. But it is enough for me to take this chance of walking back and forth from my apartment to the office. In summer evenings, I take a walk with my wife and colleagues on the track field, but when winter comes, we stop taking a walk there any more because of the cold weather. Taking a walk helps us a lot in keeping fit. I love walking. Thanks for the nice discussion, sukumar.

That is true! And it does not only make you feel good for being healthy, but you also have a beautiful outlook in life if you know that you are healthy. Walking should always be part of our daily activities as it helps us lose weight and also it is a good cardiovascular exercise.

Hi
I agree morning walk is good for health. But now a days people go to sleep very late and so get up very late. Many are not able to go for a morning walk. Many are preferring evening walk.
We have a park near by our house. Many aunties and uncles come there in the evening for a walk. The park is really good with good number of tress. They come there with their grand children who play with other children in the park. Mean while the elders also do their walking around the path which is provided for walking.
But i agree morning walk is best .
