i feel so sad reading about the lady from India who was raped and finally died.we have so many rape cases going on and i wonder what punishment this people deserve.if i were allowed to be a judge on this cases for a day,i would have them either hang,castrated,life imprisonment or just the worst stoned to death.if its proven this people are guilty what do you think should be done to them,in view someone is dead, some people contract diseases like AIDS,others are scarred for life to ever be intimate with a man, some end up loosing their reproductive system and what of the young children?so what sentence would you decide on this rapists?

I feel so sad about this news last December and made my heart melt about the Indian girl that got raped and killed and tortured so bad like an animal. Her friend who survived told the media that people where stare at them and passer never held a helping hand to help them which so sad to heAr. I am wishing that the Indian girl will get justice that she deserve for. Electric chair for those rapist;-)

That's right, but they shouldn't be scared to help and take her to the hospital and wish the justice that aw deserve.

For rapists, RECLUSION PERPETUA (life imprisonment). I'd rather see them suffer being behind bars until they die.
