Investment in property with prices it continue to rise is every investor's dream. But be careful, do not invest in property in the long term because very high risk. Why? because in many cases if you invest property in long-term, are often found in one ownership certificate owned two owners.
Conditions and dynamics of regional security or state where you invest money in property investment should also be considered you as an investor.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Yes u are absolutely right, decision should be firmly made before investing somewhere because no one can give guarantee regarding the long or short term benefits. If one is investing for long term then they have to be cautious of every challenge they might face.
