I bought this tent, tunnel set from a liquidation world in Hamilton. They shipped it to me, and I got it today.
I wasn;t going to take it out and set it up, but something told me too. It's one missing a set of poles for one of the tents, and it has stains on it.
I don't want to stereotype but talking to the guy on the phone he was obviously not originally from here. I had a friend tell me not to buy from people like this, because they tend to scr*w you over.
I sent the guy an email saying that one he didn't tell me it was used , and stained. Also, the pole set missing. If he doesn't reply I am putting a dispute through Paypal for a refund.

I have had a few people say how good they are. I assumed beiing a company it wouldn't scr*w you over. I emailed him and maybe, he accidently dorgot the pole set, but the fact it was used, which I was not told about. I paid $50.00 for it, $30 for the set, and $20 to ship, so I will fight for it.

It does make one think (me at least) that it's true not to buy from certain people. I assume by Phone he also did not tell you it's used and incomplete? Fight back it's worth it since if you don't do that he will cheat on other people as well and can go on with his lies robbing people. Put the dispute at PayPal at once! Hope you get what you want or at least your money back. Pity these kind of people only confirm more and more what we already think about them.

I gave him a chance, I thought maybe not all of them are like this (and I am sure not all of them are). But he did not mention once that it was used, now if he had of said it as stained, and discoloured I probably would of still bought it. But the fact he didn't mention it was used, and stained. Also, missing parts, which makes half of it useless.
I put in a dispute, as I sent him an email to defence himself, and fiz or correct it but nothing.

That's a problem with buying over the internet from someone you don't know. Hope you get it resolved.

Hi friend, good to know that you received your ordered item, but you mentioned that it is having damages, there is nothing wrong in placing disputes for the items which is uncomfortable to you, go ahead and place your dispute, wish you to win in it and get the good product

The sale was consummated the goods was delivered and it was paid. It will be hard to you to asked for a refund. On the basis of buyer beware. You should have inspect the goods before paying. It will be easy if you have a written contract and is stipulated in the contract what to do if a violation to the contract happened.

You should only buy from reputable sellers. Sticking to well-known shopping websites is a way to help avoid this sort of situation. While there still may be the occasional disappointment or dispute with the better known sellers, you greatly increase your odds of not having a problem.

That's a good decision. I hope sellers like them should be blacklisted for the sake of our hard-earned money.

Before I buy something, I want to see the product. That is the reason why until now I never tried buying online. Plus the fact that I am not very much knowledgeable about online transactions.
If you put a dispute with Paypal, what will happen? Will the seller return your money?

Hopefully, you will get a bigger and better, brand-new tent. Good thing you did check about your tent.
