Our bosses made kimbap today. They let us ate lunch there. We were ten employees and they served us four plates full of kimbap. We were so full. We really enjoyed eating kimbap. We had a good bonding moment this lunch. We are thanksful that our bosses are generous. I love eating kimbap. It's been a long time since I last tasted it. I was able to satisfy my cravings. LOL. Have you tasted kimbap already? Would you like to eat kimbap? It's delicious. I hope you could taste them one of these days. Happy mylotting everyone.

It's a popular Korean dish made from steamed white rice which Koreans called bap and various other ingredients, such as ham, hotdog or meatloaf, carrots, yellow radish, etc. rolled in gim (sheets of dried laver seaweed) and served in bite-size slices. I tried to upload kimbap's picture awhile ago but it wasn't successfully uploaded. Thanks for posting and happy mylotting.

It sounds like sushi without the fish? You use ham instead of the fish then?

Oh, yes. But our boss used hotdogs today. It was my first time to eat kimbap with hotdogs. Sometimes they use meatloaf, too.

I'm not certain if I've ever had it, but I don't believe that I have. I haven't lived in very many areas that have had Korean restaurants. The only way that I would eat kimbap is if it were made vegetarian, which is actually not uncommon.
