My husband has just sent me a text message saying that our son has a new pet. I wonder what kind of fish is it? If you would take care of some fishes, what kind or kinds would you buy and keep? Feel free to share your thoughts about fish. Thanks a lot in advance. Happy mylotting everyone.

Oh, you had gold fish! I guess most people love gold fishes because they don't die easily compared to other fishes. I would love my son to have cute some gold fishes, too. I'm just afraid they would die soon. My son would be son seeing them pass away. Thanks for posting and happy mylotting.

Yes, an aquarium with a lot of gold fishes looks really nice. I would love to have an aquarium with lots of fish in it. I hope they won't die though. It's good to have pets. They take our stress away. Thanks for posting and happy mylotting.

I would choose clown fish, Nemo
The clown fish looks so cute with the strip color. I think it's perfect for children. Few months ago my little nephew got his 1st fish from his dad, he take care of it on the 1st week but then he became bored and his dad decided to give the fish away to his neighbour

I love fish as pets! I had a goldfish named henry that lived for 19 years. I do not have fish now, but if you are a beginner I think a Betta is a nice choice because they can breathe air, are easy to keep and are beautiful. Please do not make the mistake and keep them in tiny bowls. Please do not do that. That is cruel. I had a large tank for my betta. Betta's are smart and I used to take him out and put him in one of those portable plastic reptile tanks and carry him outside for a 'walk'. If you are close to your betta, they will know you, and always look at you and actually act like they know you. Betta's are wonderful companions to have as fish. I recommend them, but only if you get a larger area, a nice size tank and not one of those small bowls. At least 1 5 or 10 gallon, they do like to swim, no matter what people say, they enjoy space.

We used to have an aquarium when I was young and I had two Chinese goldfish that were dear to my heart. If I could ever have an aquarium, I would definitely have Chinese goldfish.

It is a good idea to have fish as your pet because they are very easy to take care of. You don't have to feed them often and meanwhile you don't need to have a walk with them. You don't even need to change the water frequently. I suggest you buy guppies because they are small and therefore they are clean and easy to handle. Especially it is quite easy for them to deliver guppy babies. Soon you will have lots of guppies and it is quite a lot of fun and I am sure your son will love it.

Hello my dear,
Actually my knowledge in fish is very scarce at the moment and I have heard the name of some species only because my wife knows them. I think I will go for neons (they are small and have a "florescent" light (I hope that's the proper word - it should mean that they glow in the dark as well), and they react to you, if you move your hand near their tanks.

Even if I think I'd consider it.The sight of fish is relaxing, just honestly calm.
Very harmless. haha :)
But- I doubt if this would come true for me, since I have 2 naughty kitties.
The fish is harmless but my cats aren't! :(
So hope you're son is enjoying. Having a pet for you kid would at least improve his sense of care and responsibility. Being a parent of his own "kid". hehe :)
