How can I have my own Paypal account?

I am having a hard time making my own paypal account. I don't have any credit card so do I still qualify for having a paypal account? I can't click the "Agree and Create Account" button.

No, you don't need a credit card for a Paypal account. You can use/link your bank account.

i applied for a unionbank eon debit card and linked it to my paypal account. you can go to the unionbank website. they have a paypal guide there.

I did choose metrobank. I open my bank account there to link it with my paypal account. thank's for suggesting.

i use VCC (virtual credit card) to creat paypal account.it's easy and so qick. i prefer you to try using vcc.

what is vvc? sorry for not knowing it. I have now my paypal account but I need to have a bank account right?
