Celebrating Moms' birthday

Feb. 11 my mother would have been 56 years old...this will be her 1st birthday since her death on Feb. 20. I have asked friends to join me in going to dinner to celebrate her birthday. I told them I want fancy( heels, makeup, dresses)!! I really want to be laughing and having a good time and not really be sad(even though I know I will be)....so anyone in the Atlanta area that knows any nice restaurant suggestions I'm ready to listen...
