How to verify STP

Hello myLotters,
I live in the Philippines and I need advice for STP(solid trust pay). I have not yet verified my account at STP and am I allowed to withdraw money to my savings even if I have not yet verified my account?
My other questions is when I tried to verify my account it ask for webcam. I do not have webcam and when I open my STP account, I use our office pc. I tried to find other ways to verify my account by searching for their email address but I could find it. Maybe I am not searching hard enough.
So if anyone from the Philippines have verified their account and have already withdraw money to their savings accounts please advice how I can too verified my account and withdraw money to my savings. Big thanks in advance.

In as much as I wanted to give you my help, it is just that I never tried this payment processor. I only have paypal because this is the easiest and the safest as far as I know.
What site does require you to use STP? Isn't it possible to get paypal account instead?
