Today is blood donation drive again in our place. It always conducted every three months although it is from private Hospital but they give 10 kilos of rice as freebies for successful donors.I donated blood last year March and it was my first time to donate a blood to them.Last November I tried to donate a blood to red cross since I love to donate there for it is Government accredited although they do not give freebies as exchange, but they give red cross card that in case in the future you need blood you can go and used your card to claim to them in case of emergency.I am on doubt now.although I sleep early last night, but mostly i sleep on the day and work during night. Isn't harmful to have this routine after donating a blood? even I sleep 8 hours during the day.I
am also on doubt because this is I do not consider as totally help as they give rice as an exchange.wHATdo you think ?

i gave blood for the first time this year for my mother's surgery. i had to fill up a form and there were so many questions. then they still interviewed me before the procedure. i think what's more important is to be truthful in your answers and it's better to ask questions if you are unsure or confused about something. i'm sure they will answer you and won't let you donate blood if you're not qualified.

It doesn't matter what time of the day you give blood it shouldn't affect you much at all. They are only taking a little blood for you not your whole body. So you donate before you work you should be okay or even after work it doesn't matter. There is no harm.
