We definitely have room for one in our backyard but I don't want to deal with the headaches of taking care of it.

Ours isn't to bad to take care of. Just put in the chemicals and vaccumn once a week or more depending on how dirty it gets.

HAHA.. My swimmin pool is the river, its incredibly smooth surface makes it risk-free. We do swim everyday, have fun in the afternoons..
Its so nice to be in the water.
We do have places where the water goes very deep. But, mostly the water is around 4-6ft deep. Thats a nice depth for learners..

We do not have a pool in the backyard of our current home, but the house I grew up in out in California has one now. The current owners put one in and it just looks fabulous! They say the trend is to buy back your childhood home, you know. I'm gonna need like a million dollars for that, but I'd love to have that pool, that's for sure. It takes up the whole backyard.

That's a large pool. I hope you win the lottery or something so you can buy the house back. That would really be neat

good idea you could put up a fence that way your little ones wouldn't be able to fall in.

so does your home stay really humid with an indoor pool. I think it would feel like a rain forest. Maybe not

We have a 32 MT inground pool which is just about completed it should be ready in a week or two.I really miss having a pool as we had one in our other house so when we built this house we have had to build another pool. With summer coming it will be good although it is already hot here.We have a salt water pool with automatic cleaning or vac (barracuda)it is called and this and the filter are on timer.every month i take a water sample to have tested but usually it is fine. Rain is the worst it can really mess up the water . We swim every day of the year with the exception of about two Weeks in winter when it is too cold. We live in the tropics or sub tropics so all year is fairly hot.We we have visitors from down south they think we are silly wearing jumpers in winter as they think it is sill hot and war shorts and swim .Funny how you climatise
