I Think I Will Be Stranded In The Morning

January 25, 2013 5:14pm CST
Oh No... I work night shifts, I like the peace and quiet. Anyway, I got to work and there was a very fine flurry of snow. As the hours have passed the snow has got heavier and heavier - deeper and deeper. There is just me and a vending machine here. I suspect that nobody will be able to get in tomorrow, ergo I ain't going anywhere. Hopefully, the snow will stop soon and we will have a midnight heatwave..... UNLIKELY!

Well, next time take a blanket and a pillow. Also bring a portable TV, relax and chill. And when the morning comes, just take it easy. It might not be as bad as you think it will be in the morning. Don't stress it. I cannot stand the snow anymore either. It does get in the way of our lives.

Well I guess you can look at it this way....you might get some overtime if no one shows up. That's some extra money at least for your troubles. Then again, you might not be able to leave anyways if the streets are too bad. I feel sorry for you if that happens.
