i will never lose hope for my future

Today,i watch the movie again,and i realized that i can't lose my hope for future.after i graduate from college,i have two work experience,last job ,it's only last 3 months because of i can't make more money for my boss and he think i didn't fit their company ,so he fired me,acturally,i'm verrrrrrrrry sad and upset. i began to doubt my own ability~~ and through 10 days,i find the new job.Now i work here for 2 months ,but i also didin't make any outstanding acchivements for my boss?am i faliure? i'm feeling depressed? i work hard but no gains,why?any wrong way i did? i don't know,who can give me some advise.i'm afraid be fired again.and my boss believe me,i don't want to let them down~~~

Hi,you are chinese,me too.i have been in this company for five years.now,i want to quit,no excuse.To a newer in career,one never know he will do the same work in the forty years or not.my advice is that accomplishing work your boss tell you.If you have a objective and do your best to get.come on,younger.

the difficulties is my boss also don't konw how to help me accive good result,he know little about e-business,and i need to find a best way to reach success by myself.he care less about the process only aim to result,so i'm stress.i just graduate for half of year and lack of work experience . i'm anxiety ,i'm afarid not to embody my value on this postion ,i'm afarid i will face failure again. i don't like the feeling of fired by my dreamy job!!

Hi zoe,if your boss is into business, why not try tele marketing. I was once a fulltime mom, untill one day my friend invited me to joined her in real estate business, i got excited but my priority are my sons. I practice my convincing power first with my relatives and i failed. I tried my friends but they cannot afford to have one. I did not stop asking friends tru phone, untill one day my phone rang,it was a wrong number but i pretend, i was in the office and told the caller the guy his looking for is in the other cubicles for some papers. While waiting i tried to introduce my product, the price, the site though i have not been there yet. His sound so relax about the topic and end up asking me when can i show him the site. I was so surprice to get that question and found out that his getting married in no time and he wanted to surprice his bride to be. I was able to close that deal. When the documents were done his fiance asked me if i know of a good cattering services for thier wedding,i promise her that i will help her scout for one, and i did it. Since then i love the ring of my phone.Zoe try to listen to your boss talk to him and try to understand what he wants you to accomplish then plan focus on the result if you fail,try another strategy. Think positive.

Hi there Zoe 520!
I am sorry to hear about what happened in your previous job. I believe that you will be able to find the perfect break for you to prove to your boss that you are a good employee. You do not have to try very hard and it will come out naturally. I am sure that when you were hired, your boss believed in you, like you said and sooner or later, your skills will show especially when you get comfortable in doing your job. I would suggest that you just keep doing your job, give it your very best and your boss will see the effort and will be impressed as you are very hard-working.

hi Zoe! do not lose hope.. just keep on trying.
i would presume you are working as sales personnel? otherwise it is rather hard to say that you are required to give results (or sell) in just 3 months time? in all of the jobs i have been to, it was always 6 months of being reviewed for your performance.
Do not be hard on yourself, 2 months, is still just about the learning curve at work... i mean you are still adjusting. If they hired you and you are on the job half a decade i could understand why they should fire you, but two months? you will have to learn more still and yes... you should try hard but never doubt yourself. as you have said, keep it up and never lose hope. alright? =)

Don't be afraid of any job. You know you have got caliber so don't think about people around. those who don't understand you don't deserve you. but if you loose hope you will fall in your own eyes. so believe in your self and remember you have thousands of job around, one day your hard work will take you to the success. trust my words i was the same.. enjoy

That is the spirit! Do not lose hope and do not ever think yourself as a failure. in life there are bad days and better days. Just keep holding on and sooner or later you will find your place under the sun.
