Guilt is a feeling of not being happy, do not feel no peace and no peace. Feeling bad, wrong, worthless, feel like a failure, feeling embarrassed, and defeated as a deed has been done. Psycologist found gouilt arises from the failure to achieve the standards of behavior that we have set for my self. For example when we have disappointed or hurt somaone, it is a bad or sinful behavior. So the solution is that we learn how to live a well so as not to harm other people or anyone else. If we did we certainly will not fell guilty. This view is seen that sin is hozontal issue only, namely the relationship between fellow human being. Contrary to the Bilbe that sin has a vertical dimension of the relation of man to God.

Hello Nesaza I hope that you are fine. I think that sin brokes both relationships, the vertical and the horizontal relation. And the forgiveness of sins is the solution, by the sacrament of confession. Blessings Nesaza... dainy

The literal definition of "sin" is (from the Spanish) 'without.' One can take that in a number of ways---'without' as in "with- or without obedience to G*d" springs to mind; 'without' meaning "not within the kingdom of G*d." "Guilt" is not something you want to keep to have to cope with. You avoid guilt by 'seeking the kingdom of G*d,' and one of the first things you should learn is that 'the kingdom of G*d' IS NOT ABOUT YOU! i.e. You don't have any responsibility to the kingdom of G*d except those responsibilities you do fulfill. Now PEOPLE might expect you to fulfill the responsibilities you have fulfilled before, but ... plans change.

Well dear I agree with your definition of 'guilt', when we do wrong, injustice, speak harsh words, the conscience in us makes us feel guilty, it is natural. Thanks for this nice discussion.
