Full cream, low fat or no fat? What kind of milk do you drink – and why?

I’m a full-cream girl – I like the taste: to me my coffee tastes richer with full cream milk. No fat milk seems a little bit “joyless” for my liking. My sister has to drink fat free to keep her weight down and I always feel so sorry for her.
What about you? Full-cream or fat free?
