Coupon's

I use the occasional coupon, like on the boxes of cereal there are sometimes coupons for yoghurt, and sometimes you can get coupons for things online. I don't get a newspaper, so I can't use newspaper coupons.

Most of the coupons I have used this year have been sent from the grocery store Ralph's. They have sent me free coupons, save money when you make a purchase, fruit, vegetables, and other products. I have the stores card and Ralph's does pay attention to what I buy each month. I know many people don't have a Ralph's, so they can't load coupons to their card from the web site. Yesterday I received an e-mail from Ralph's to load their private label coupons to my card. Yes, you can use coupons and eat healthy, if you have Ralph's in your area. I use coupons every week.

Most coupons are for heavily processed, unhealthy "foods." I generally do not use many coupons, because we don't eat stuff like that. I buy foods (such as lentils) in bulk, and we buy mostly fresh and local vegetables and fruit; those are not things for which one can use coupons.

i dont like that show very much because most of them use conterfiet coupons and the stores change there coupon policy just for the show , yes you can get free items and save a bunch of money from using them i use them all the time as well as 2 phone apps to get money back on things i buy the most , if you are going to start to use coupons make sure you keep a company of all the stores coupon policys that you go to with you as well as , i also say read some blogs about couponing to learn the right way i been doing it for almost 2 years , and sad to say there are still people using them the wrong way to please read blogs face book has a lot of them .

extreme couponing is bull the reason i say that is because on the show most if not all have used fake coupons and the stores have to change there policy just for the show there was a interview from a store owner saying the biggest mastake he made was letting them do the show in his store because he lost out on thousands of dollars from fake coupons .. you can extreme coupon even doing it the right way but not the way they show you on tv i use coupons on almost everything i buy and i do extreme shop every once in awhile but i do it the right way and the legel way not like the show

I do use coupons, I try to use them regularly where I can. I have been using the free mccafe coupons at mcdonalds lately. I have been emailing companies this weekend for some. Sadly, with the economy as it is, most companies in Canada have stopped giving out coupons.

here in Canada, they have different rules regarding coupons and couponing so i don't really use them all that much just because i find that more often than not, the store brand is cheaper than the brand name item even with the cents off coupon. so i generally stick with the store brand unless the coupon is significant like buy one get one free.
