Need a job that pay $30 or more

I wonder if someone can help my friend out. She has a BSN and RN degree, had worked in Critical Care Unit in hospital but now she doesn't want to work in the hospital as nurse anymore. Do you know a job that pay around $30 in Texas, DFW areas? It doesn't have to be medical. Thank you very much

i really can't think of too many jobs that pay better than nursing.
if she's getting burned out you might suggest the home care industry instead.
it's not as high volume as a hospital,and you usually have a regular set of patients to check up on.
